Hafodlas Domino, October 2008 born, Domino is sired by the 22,500gns Bailea Spunkie. At the Royal Highland Show in 2012 Hafodlas Domino picked up the Limousin breed Male Championship before powering through to the breed’s Supreme Championship title. Commenting on his Champion, Judge Peter Kirton said: “This is a typical and really outstanding Limousin bull. He has natural power, a great top, has tremendous hindquarters, and showed himself perfectly on the day. He’s a very modern Limousin bull that would suit any pedigree breeder.”

Whilst judging bulls at Roscrea, Southern Ireland a real star was seen. Ardglasson Highlander a Fieldson Alfy son who was placed Junior Champion at the pre-sale show and who had had a very successful show career as a calf. Highlander was shown at 4 shows last year with great success.

He was bought from the Carlisle sales in October 2015, sired by Haltcliffe Underwriter and out of Grahams Butterfly, who claimed Junior and Overall Limousin titles and standing reserve Inter-breed at Royal Highland Show in 2007 and stood Female and reserve Overall Limousin at The Highland Show in 2011. |
